VTR Rate Canada
Hi,
In canada VTR tracking rate how can we make sure its over 95 % while doing FBM.
Canada post and fedex lately have been having issues with delivery on time as they say they are back logged
How can amazon help understand their might be shipping issues all over Canada, Doing FBA is not an option for me, I am just starting out.
Amazon Kindly response with human answer instead of giving articles that do not work in CANADA
Example we dont have Buy shipping options and we dont see amazon integrated couriers
I use multiple couriers which is reasonable to me but amazon is not taking the tracking
Kindly help.

By making sure you use an integrated tracking carrier for 95 / 100 of your FBM orders

This doesn't have anything to do with VTR, as VTR stands for "Valid Tracking Rate", that rate just checks to make sure that there is valid tracking.
Delays with carriers would affect your "On Time Delivery Rate", not Valid Tracking rate, if your shipping transit times aren't set up correctly.

Amazon sellers are allowed to change estimated transit times for each region. You can dial this in even with the delays with Fedex.

As mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7, this does sound more like a concern with on time delivery as you described delays with the carrier. We will typically review the tracking to ensure it is associated with one of our integrated carriers in the drop down menu. If you are not seeing these options have you created a case for the missing carriers, what other carriers are you using aside from Canada Post and FedEx?
If this is still a concern with tracking, you will need to review your tracking information and ensure that all tracking numbers have been entered or uploaded properly without any spaces or additional characters, and have proper scans through transit. This will help verify tracking. If you happen to use a carrier not in the drop-down menu it may not be considered valid per our standard and may appear on the invalid tracking report.
If you have examples of valid tracking being applied to an order but still appears as invalid, please provide your related order ID's or if you've already tried to report this, provide the related case. This will help ensure we can review the situation, provide guidance or include the appropriate teams for further review.
