Request to Expedite Children's Toys Compliance Document Reviews
Hi Amazon Support Team,
I'm facing recurring issues with compliance document approvals for 4 ASINs (children's toys). All required compliance documentation was properly submitted in mid-2024. However, in late January 2025, we were informed that our documents were rejected.
The rejection claimed certain information was missing, which was incorrect - the information was present but phrased differently. We understand reviewers process numerous compliance documents across various product categories, so certain elements might be overlooked.
We revised our documents to improve clarity, yet they were rejected again on different grounds. The new rejection states that "4.3 - Toxicology is not present in the results of the test report, according to the ASTM F963-23 regulations." However, this information has been included since our very first submission last year. Our internationally accredited testing lab has confirmed that our products meet ASTM F963-23 Section 4.3 Toxicology requirements, and they conducted tests for all applicable subclauses.
Our company specializes in children's toys, and we exclusively work with reputable, accredited testing laboratories. Despite our compliance, we've now lost nearly a month of sales and continue to incur storage costs due to these administrative issues.
Could you please help escalate this case for expedited review? We're confident our documentation is complete and compliant, and we'd greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.
Thank you for your help.
