Ad account suspended for "suspicious activity"?

Hey,

So I've been selling on Amazon for a little over 8 years and I've never once had this happen, but my advertising account has been suspended due to suspicious activity. When I try to speak to somebody, I get the same very basic automatic reply pretty much telling me that I need to ensure that everything on my account is in good standing, which it very much is. It's been about a month now and I haven't seen my ad account come back from suspension.

My question is, what exactly have you done that helped your ad account out of suspension for suspicious activity?

I've updated my card on file, i've throughly went through the checklist they provide, and I can't find one possible red flag. Any suggestions and help would be very much appreciated.

Is it possible that you had a different payment method set for advertising? As in when you updated your card on file, did you also go in and make sure the charge method for advertising is up to date too? I noticed that the whole Account Info section of Seller Central has changed and it looks totally different than it did not so long ago.

Did you have much in the way of advertising going on before the suspension? I've seen a bunch of people complaining about coupons totally not working since some recent change.

this is the response I keep getting from the support team, all I'm asking is how to fix this. I have updated my payment method with a brand new card and it's already been charged and still nothing.

in my opinion, you need to change your payment method for advertising, your credit card has some issue, and you can change the charging method to account balance, and your ad will be reactive again.

Normally when there is a change on the credit card number, there is a verification period on which some of the features are suspended while the verification process takes place.

Happened to us in December. No explanation from Amazon. No guidance. Thankfully, the suspension has saved us tens of thousands of dollars in advertising. If they suspended our entire account, it would likely be a blessing in disguise.

This same thing just happened to me. About every other day the system would make me change my payment method because of "Payment Failure" all though all my payment methods had enough funds to cover my balance.

After changing the cards over and over again hoping that the problem would stop it came to my account being suspended. I have opened over 10+ cases and they keep telling me they cannot reinstate my account.

Have you found a solution to this? Honestly without amazon ads my business will be done for.

My Amazon Ads account has been suspended for over a month, I've opened several cases and continue receiving the same templated response. My Account Health is in good standing and this is certainly the most frustrating thing I've ever gone through with Amazon.
