Would the moderators let us know what they are now able to do?
You appear to be getting more involved in resolving problems - which is great.
I saw yesterday that you removed some negative feedback.
It seems a bit random which cases you get involved in. Is there a correct process for getting you involved?
Thanks

“Forum moderation is the process by which content and the users that generate content are monitored in an Internet Forum for adherence to the forum policies”.
In Amazon’s case, they do seem to get involved in other things. Although I am delighted that there is this additional avenue for resolving issues, it really isn’t right. Amazon really needs to get their act together and fix Seller Support.
We are all having to escalate the smallest of issues to the MD address, issues which are important to us, when they should be there just for the most serious issues. Even they will often fail us when it is clear that their own policies have been broken.
