Account Deactivated due to link with VA account
Hi My account has been deactivated for around 3 months. I have submitted multiple appeals but to no success.
I think the issue started as the VA had his own personal account also active and that got deactivated due to some policy violation and him having multiple accounts. I believe my account was also flagged due to IP match or address matched as be was using my address (without my knowledge).
I have submitted all the necessary documents like employment letter, termination letter, payroll record, bank statement.
the team continues to reject the appeal on the baiss that their is still a link to the account. I have submitted the VA account snapshot and his email confirmation that he has removed all the details. the VA also confirms that he has removed / cleared the cookies and caches.
I have also submitted an notarized affidavit with bar council number that i have no link to the VA account and stating all the details. Still the appeal gets rejected on the same basis.
I am at a total loss as i have no physical access to the VA laptops / computer. Is there so ething that i can do at my end which would help satisfy the team and activate my acount.

This is a common occurrence and a review of the Forum would have found dozens/hundreds of posts about problems caused by a VA. There are good ones out there but they are overwhelmed by the bad ones.
There is no easy solution to this for you. Somehow you will have to prove what is nearly impossible to prove -- that you no longer have any relationship with the bad VA that you hired. Amazon may or may not believe a termination letter and this will take time. On Amazon that means LOTS of time. They make snails look like sprinters at the Olympics.

As you believe the relationship is due to your virtual assistant, I will provide the documentation needed for that type of related account deactivation.
For the scenario: Seller uses a third-party service provider - the appeal requirements are:
- A service agreement with the third-party company displaying service start date and type of services provided.
- An invoice of bill of lading from the third-party company.
- Proof of payment made to the third-party company, such as a bank statement or credit card statement displaying third party company’s name, payment date, and amount.
- If the Seller is no longer using the service, they should provide a termination agreement or confirmation of service terminated, displaying cancellation date.
