Account is de-active!!!

My account is de-active. and when I clicked the button to "Re-active". the page turned and saying that your account is successfully verifived and following I received an email from Amazon saying that i can open my store now.

However, when I go to the seller center, again shows that my store is de-active. The message sent many times and Amazon only gives me the useless auto-reply. 2months past this issue still not solved.

Dear Amazon, could you help me or we have to involve lawyer?

lawyers won’t help you- Amazon are legally required to verify both you and your business. This involves deactivating all accounts until verification is complete. There is a very long queue and this can take several weeks.

Also verification is in 2 parts - the bank details and then your personal and business details/ maybe your only part verified.

Bear in mind that chasing them sends you to the back of the queue again.

So I am going to need some more information from you. It sounds as if the account has been blocked because of missing or insufficient information on your payments account. If that is so, please understand that Amazon must verify your identity information for that purpose as per EU law, as we are a payments provider. Can you confirm that the account has been blocked because of that? When you enter the account and click on the main menu in the left upper corner (the hamburger menu) and go to "performance" and "performance notifications" you should be able to find the notification that tells you why the account was deactivated.

Please find that and let me know, I really need some more information on this one.
