amazon fba lost my products
Hi, I was sent an email that there was an error with mu SKU. I sent Amazon 475 Journals on February 17, 2025. I was told SKU 320, then SKU 360, I have sent proof of purchasing my products, still waiting on Amazon to respond where my products are that i sent. No one as replied. I wrote on the FBA section of the seller platform to please send me back my products. i lost sales and time. This was the worst decision I had made. Please someone tell me how can I get Amazon to send back my books to me?
