Hello guys, could somebody help us with the issue and escalate our case for a review by the partner team? Every time we run into canned robotic Seller Support reps who don't want to go into detail shooting us with generic answers from standard Amazon guidelines than the feedback is older than the 90 days. Yes, we know that already, but it still 100% violates Amazon rules, that's why we asking competent support who CAN help to help us with the issue.

We have a Seller feedback older than the 90 days which is totally against Amazon guidelines (the US marketplace) and it totally violates rules of leaving a Seller feedback because the whole seller feedback was written about a product. Back then we didn't know about such tool as "Feedback manager" in Seller Central when it was a brand new feature. I really hope for your understanding!
