Its been week and i am waiting for the reply from amazon, below is the last response from amazon.

There is no case number. I have to submit the info via the Identity Information page: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/sw/SSR/BusinessKYCInfo/spaDashboard/ @Connor_Amazon
