Unable to change tracking id
I accidentally entered the wrong tracking id for one of my shipments. I cannot figure out how to change it. I opened a case and explained the situation and the answer I was given didn't work because I didn't have the tracking tab they mentioned. I replied that process didn't work for me and I received the exact same reply back and the case is closed. I even attached a screenshot that what I was being told to do was not working for me. Does support even read our messages? I don't want to get dinged with an incorrect tracking id but I don't know what to do now. Anyone have any suggestions since support is not helping?

Hello @Seller_jmmslh3O9tzsO, is this an FBA shipment? I'll post the steps for updating the tracking information, let me know if you are unable to complete them.
You can update your carrier name and tracking information any time before your shipment is delivered to our fulfillment center by following these steps:
- If the shipment hasn’t shipped yet, select it from the list. This will bring you to the final step of the Send to Amazon workflow, Tracking details. If the shipment has shipped, click Track shipment for the shipment that you want to update. This will bring you to the shipment summary page. Click the Tracking events tab.
- Click Change carrier.
- Select a new carrier from the list, or select Other if your carrier isn’t listed. We’ll add more carriers to the list over time.
- Click Update.
