Seller Central Notifications
Hi all.
Please can someone tell me how to turn on the notification on for the seller app as I’ve been not receiving any notification of customer queries. I was kick enough to randomly check. However, that might always be the case, and I may miss it next time. I’ve tried to turn them on my phone as well.
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Is it your device’s setting?
If you’ve an iphone, settings app> find seller central app > click on it > notifications> allow notifications

It will depend if you are using Apple or Android.
If Apple, you first need to go to Settings > Notifications and ensure notifications are set for AmazonSeller
Once thats set, you can go to settings in the AmazonSeller app itself. Click the menu button, then the small cog in the top right and click Push Notifications. New Buyer Mesage should be ticked
