Amazon Buy Shipping and Linked Royal Mail Account

Hi all, I’m sure I’m overlooking the answer to my question, but I’m going around in circles and starting to not think straight!

So, I’ve started purchasing my Letter postage through Amazon, and I’ve linked my Royal Mail Account.

Received a RM Invoice today expecting to see Amazon shipping charges, but they’re not on there?

Contacted RM, who have said to contact Amazon - contacted Amazon and I’ve been directed to my tax invoices pages, which isn’t showing the shipping costs I’ve purchased for my orders.

I’ve looked at my transaction list on Amazon, as I thought they were maybe coming out of my seller account, and I can’t see them listed there either?

Where are they? How are they being paid and how do I get receipts/invoices for my accounts?

Thank you!

If you go to: Payment dashboard>statement View>transaction view then change the dropdown to delivery labels purchased through Amazon, you’ll find them there. It is only code CRL and tracked 24/48 (if you have that on your OBA) that go via RM, the rest is charged by Amazon.

i have found the same thing happening. i have taken the advice regarding the dropdown menu and choosing ‘delivery labels purchased from amazon’ and thats only showing labels for returns.

i am also at a loss to find out a reciept and am i actually paying for them.

my guess was that there may be a time lag between buying but this has been going on for 4 days now and nothing showing

I had the same issue not showing on Amazon, but I found them in my Royal Mail OBA account (just look for the matching Amazon manifest number) so we are being billed for ours. SS were no help so I left it because the payments are going through.

I have just unlinked my Royal Mail account since I buy all RM24 from Click and Drop and only use Amazon buy shipping for letter. After unlinking the Royal Mail account this morning all of todays postage is showing as expected in the transaction view

Oh the irony of seller support not understanding the problem when Amazon are the ones losing money!

UPDATE - So Amazon support came back to me, and told me there wasn’t a problem (only looked at one order) and I have been charged correctly - I haven’t!

Anyway, I’ve unlinked my Royal Mail account like @All_Things_Personal, and it’s now showing on my transaction list as I purchase them but it’s not showing any older ones.

I’m not going to worry about it, I’ve not been purchasing that many, I’m sure they’ll bill me at some point, but at least it’s showing going forward.
