SEPARATE RETURN SHIPPING LABELS PROVIDED BY AMAZON FOR EACH ITEMS IN AN ORDER!!
Everyday we are facing with a new challenge with Amazon. We never had this kind of issue for 6 years.
ORDER NUMBER: 112-9986759-9238635

Customer ordered 6 items (baseball caps) in this order and returned it and received full refund. I noticed that Amazon provided customer 6 separate shipping labels and charged me $6.27 for each return label. HOW IS IT POSSIBLE? Amazon have the quantity and item size-weight info so Amazon should provide just 1 return shipping label not 6!! I contacted support they didnt help me as always. I cant file SAFE-T claim because system doesnt let me. It says I issued a full refund so I cant file SAFE-T claim. Any admins can help me??
