Aamazon deactivated my account mistakenly !!!!!!!
Please review all my emails. I did not violate any Amazon rules. I am so depressed that your team doesn't solve my problems or support me. There is still no clear answer for the reason you deactivated my account. My page didn't say I violated any rules. My account status is good. I have already provided all the documents as needed to verify my account including the company address. What's more, I only had 1 order and I used the delivery service on Amazon to deliver the product successfully to the customer. You all can check the delivery tracking number. But the customer asked for a refund after a month, saying that I did not deliver the parcel??? Why?? I used your delivery service. You all can see the record. And you deactivated an honest account that did nothing harmful??? And not replying to my emails or the documents I provided??? This is unfair. I will sue Amazon upon this case!

what I suspect based on the text, and your statements, is that:
1. You failed the Verification
2. Did not send documents requested by Amazon. Maybe an invoice request?
3. You sent more than was requested. this always ends badly. ONLY send what is asked for

Per the communication you have kindly provided here, it does appear the information on your selling account was unable to be verified via the concerned team's investigation and the account is subject to the business solutions agreement terms. As @Seller_J46Ruz3VzvWCV has stated, it could be that you did not send in enough information or the correct information. It is possible the information on your selling account does not match the information present on the documents submitted.
While my team does not have the specific knowledge behind how that team made their decision, it is important to at least look over the information on this page and ensure the documentation you have meets all of the applicable requirements listed there.
