Gating application is not going anywhere
Hi, I had been trying to ungate Brand seret. I used to be able to sell this brand. But, I was gated overnight. I purchased products for a reggional distributor and provided invoice, but was told document I submitte was not valid. I also purchased a good amount Secret products from Amazon Business Prime and submitted invoice. I was told the document was not acceptable. I asked what kind of documents I need to ungate this brand, but kept receving the same response over and over again.
I called seller support several times and submitted documents through chat portal. Seller support assoicate reviewed my invoice and told me they are legit invoice from distributor. So, what should I do? It si odd that even Amazon Business Prime purchasing invoice is not considered a valid invoice for brand ungating now???
This incident does not give me confident to ungate other products I used to sell but was ungated overnight.

You can get ungated by giving them your LoA from Proctor & Gamble allowing you to sell Secret brand products, along with your distributor invoice that you got from a wholesale purchase at a P&G approved distributor.
You cannot get ungated with retail receipts or purchasing from Amazon and reselling on Amazon. Without a relationship to the brands you want to sell, you are right to rethink your strategy before you get deactivated for listing "unauthentic goods", which is what Amazon will call products you sell with only a receipt to back it up.
Arbitrage is near dead on this site.

Thanks for posting to the Forums. I've reviewed the details of this issue, and have consulted with the appropriate team on this matter. The team said that you do not appear to be a registered brand owner for the brand you wish to sell with. You will need to apply to sell with the brand through Seller Central in order for this to be further reviewed, or work with the brands to add you as an Authorized Reseller in their Brand Registry.
