Hello, I have had problems getting approval for baby bibes products. I have provided the compliance information required for authorization, which is the CPC, test report and packaging labels. I have submitted the information for 20 days, but I haven't received a reply yet.

Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you have been experiencing. I understand there has been frustration due to delays in response for the compliance review. I do know our team has seen a higher volume which has caused the delays.
I would like to review your situation further, so I would ask that you provide the case ID that correlates to the specific ASIN. Once you have provided this, we can review further and see if any action can be taken.
