Obviously i can't speak for this morning, but i've just looked at every listing and you have the featured offer.

Hi,
I've had the exact same for a week now. Lost all featured offers with no account health issues. Reached out to Amazon support numerous times to no avail.
Sales are down 65%. No idea when/if this is going to get resolved but a lot of people seem to be suffering with the same issue.

Following the agreement reached recently with the Competition and Markets Authority, which covers the Amazon store in the UK, we will update the Featured Offer criteria in May 2024 for the UK store.
As we strive to show our customers the best Featured Offer on the product detail page, we'll continue to ensure that the criteria used to determine the Featured Offer are non-discriminatory and treat sellers and Amazon retail equally. Eligibility for Prime and the Prime badge won't be a criterion when determining the Featured Offer. Prime will continue to offer free and fast delivery which are factors that customers value and therefore are relevant in determining the Featured Offer.

Hi , I also have lost the featured offer on my listing. We're really not happy as it's really affecting our sales and BSR. I have also always had the featured offer for the entire time I have sold the items. I am the only seller of the items on Amazon. I have contacted seller support but they just say they cannot discuss why I have lost the buy box.
Our seller central account is in good health, we have good sales and Feedback and have spent a small fortune on ppc so this is rather upsetting.
It may be related to us changing the pricing of our item which was done in error, however we have now set a constant fair price and have enrolled in Amazon automated pricing.
Please can someone help, it would be much appreciated.
