I couldnt change my Business Location

Hello ,

I already closed my uk company and I want to change my business location in Canada Market.But system does not allow to change country from uk to Usa.

Does anyone can help me ?

No, you can not change country in a seller account. You have to properly close your actual account and create a new one with your new credentials. Of course you have to do the account verification with all the usual documents (bank account in the name of this Canadian seller, utility bill, charge method etc.)

As @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC mentioned, the business location cannot be changed as this is how your account was set up originally.

We are working on a solution with our internal team to allow sellers to change it, but it is still under review and I don't have an ETA of when this feature will become available. We will post a thread as soon as we have new information.
