Video Rejection - Request for Moderator for Assistance
Hi, we are trying to upload an informative video via the "Upload and Manage Videos" and it keeps getting rejected due to "The video discloses personal/private information, or requires viewers to do so" - the video does not do that, the video simply informs the customer about exact opposite - that their information will be fully protected/private while using the product.
Can this please be reviewed? As we have emailed: community-help@amazon.com a couple of times and have not received any responses on this.

If you have submitted via the method above and haven't heard back in 3-5 business days, please let me know and include any related support case IDs, and we'll look into escalation options.
The community-help@ is no longer an active email for appeals, so you will need to use the path mentioned above to appeal video rejections going forward.
