Cannot add variation due to (I think) amzon thinks it is efurbished
Ive been trying for a while and using the help desk but they have no answers - I had a variation that was unlisted because Amazon said I cannot add sell refurbished pet food - it is new just like all the other variations i had set up.
I cannot even add a variation now for the same reason.
Any advice?

For food products, including pet food, all variations must be new condition only. Amazon does not permit the sale of refurbished food items of any kind due to safety and compliance requirements.
To resolve this:
- Ensure all variations are listed as "New" condition
- Remove any refurbished condition selections
- Verify your product details match exactly with existing catalog listings
