FBA Removal Order Issues: Delays, Damaged Items, and Missing Shipments - Is Amazon Addressing It?

Amazon's FBA removal orders are causing significant frustration for sellers. Items often arrive late, damaged, or not at all. In cases of bulk removals, only a fraction of the requested quantity is received. Recently, I faced a case where the FBA removal order showed as "complete," but the items never arrived. Despite raising the issue with Amazon support over a month ago, the case remains unresolved, with only vague assurances about an "internal investigation." This prolonged inaction raises concerns about the transparency and efficiency of Amazon's process. Sellers, share your experiences—how do you deal with such issues?

They are Just Moving the Item from One City to Other & Not Delivering almost a Month of its Removal from FBA Godown, In-spite of reached to my City They didn't Delivered it but again returned without any intimation to Seller/Me.
