Why do you have 2 accounts ? - you are only allowed a second account if certain strict criteria are met, such as separate banl accounts, email and selling diffent category of goods. There may be others too.

yes you can do... 1 main account and 2nd mapping account.
take brand approval from main account and give user permission on 2nd account.
