Payment Report

I generated my payment report showing Jan 1, 24 to Dec 31, 24 through Reports Repository. Basically, this report shows 3 numbers: Income, Expenses, and Transfer. I thought Income - Expenses - Transfer = 0. But my report says Income - Expenses - Transfer = 996. I wonder what this number means?

Hi @Seller_yvIWwgDTWbOCz,

According to the Date Range Reports help page here, these reports show transactions based on when they were posted to your account, which might not match up with actual order or shipment dates.

The Statement View documentation here mentions something called an "Unavailable balance" under the Closing Balance section. This is money Amazon temporarily reserves for things like potential claims or refunds, which could also explain the difference you're seeing.

Best regards, Michael
