Fourm Discussion Locked?
@Emet_Amazon
Why was my thread locked when I didn't have a chance to respond to the new information. Nothing I said went against Amazons policy or guidelines. Please, reopen this as none of my issues have been resolved.
I am trying to post the link to the locked thread and its telling me I can't post non-amazon links even though its an amazonseller fourm link? How is this being flagged as a non-amazon link?

@Seller_mIcULEB6A5e86I can't say anything about the post being locked. I can say that Amazon doesn't always recognize its own links so that was the issue there.
However, on the appeals situation. Keep sending it back. We have had things incorrectly flagged a lot and I just make an outline that summarizes the information, puts the case ID number(s) in there with confirmation that what you need is there, and then just keep sending the appeal back until someone looks at it. If you marked on your invoice, also send one that is unmarked to show that it is not originally edited.
I noticed a lot of the agents are probably automated so things get rejected pretty easily without anyone reviewing anything. The key is to make sure your stuff is in order, then keep at it until you either get more information on what new specifics they want or it is cleared up.
Also, make sure your invoice is from a valid distributor. That can also cause issues.
