Deactivated for selling MicrodermMD / Trophy Skin products but the exact same products are still being sold by other people 3+ Months later.
I was deactivated for selling products made by this brand and was told by Amazon that I was banned because I was selling products that were considered to be medical devices. However, people are still selling the same product to this day and doing very well. These listings have 10s of individual sellers each. (The products are also not medical grade devices, but that is besides the point.)
I am curious how if I was deactivated for this, how the same exact product listing is still being sold on Amazon? Does anyone have any thoughts or advice on how to potentially turn this into an argument for getting reactivated?
I'd also like to add that I have not contributed anything towards the making of these products. This was an already existing product, and I simply bought ~5 of these and sold them with brand approval.

Do not rely on the fact that others are selling a product to determine if it is allowed for sale. Many listings manage to go months or even years before being caught (read some of the Nike threads from sellers who have sold Nike for years).
Of course, if indeed your product is not in violation of the rules (something I know nothing about), it certainly should not be deactivated. But make sure for yourself that it complies; don't rely on just seeing the listings.
And good luck working this out!

Hello @Seller_txMKAkT5JByJI
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues that have occurred. I understand that your products were identified as medical devices that are not permitted for sale. What type of documentation do you have for your product?
Would you be able to provide more information regarding the steps you have attempted to resolve this issue? If you were listing your own offer, then you will be required to take action.
Our team is not able to catch every listing that is in violation of our policy. Additionally, we do not have insight into what documentation or information the other sellers may have to provide. We encourage you to report any listings that you believe may be in violation of our policies.
If you have any additional questions or updates regarding this situation, we encourage you to provide the information to this thread for support.
Best,
