My Two set authentication is logging me out of my other account
Hi, I have another seller account which I am already in the midst of closing (multiple account policy) but my OTP is sent to my OLD phone number. I have sent my passport 5 times. No response yet! I went to twitter for help. No response yet. I really am at my wits end.
For this account I am writing right now, my 2FA is working - I successfully changed to my new number. I swear I changed my number for the other account as well, but apparently I did not.
To be clear:
This account Out_Connection_Shop: I can login and I changed to my new phone number, so I could access it when it asked me for OTP during login.
Other account Out_Connection: I cannot login because the OTP is sent to my OLD phone number. For this, I tried to "Recover Your Account after Two-Step Verification Fails."https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GU3SL3GTHLHPDQ2H#:~:text=To%20protect%20your%20account%2C%20we,make%20changes%20to%20your%20account.
I sent my passport 5 times but I am getting zero replies. I sent my passport last week. And then again today a few times (no confirmation email was sent to my email that they received my passport)
I checked online for help, none to be found...
