UK Account Deactivated
Hello everyone,
My account has been deactivated on the 12th of April and received below email.
Hello,
Your Amazon.co.uk selling partner account has been deactivated in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Europe Business Solutions Agreement. Your listings have been removed. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue in accordance with our "Funds witholding policy":
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/G9RA9LYBJ3QP27M6
Why did this happen?
We have taken this measure because you have listed items that are not permitted for sale on Amazon. We leveraged a combination of automated means and expert human review to identify this issue and make this decision. Items sold on Amazon must adhere to all applicable laws and Amazon policies. For more information, go to "Category, Product and Content Restrictions":
https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/201743940
Examples of restricted products you have listed include, but are not limited to:
ASIN: B0BZ67QTRB
Title: Glucorx Carepoint + Tetra-Sole™ Pouch
1. When I listed this item I did not know it was not permitted for sale. Most of the online pharmacies are selling this ASIN and the company itself is located in the UK. Also original listing was created months ago and there was only 1 seller and SPM was about 500-600.
2. I listed this ASIN on the 30th of July and sold 1 item on 8th of August and received IP on the 9th. Then immediately I removed the ASIN and asked Amazon to destroy all my remaining 9 items. Received deactivation after 9 months, very odd.
3. When I received deactivation email, I immediately sent Amazon invoice and ASIN removal document. However Amazon only send auto emails without checking my situation. I did not know it was not permitted because Amazon let me list it. I have a valid invoice and they are a legit company in the UK. I do not know how and why my account is deactivated.
4. My account health is green/228 points. I did not receive any warning before the deactivation. All my other ASINs were selling fine. I am a small business and doing my best to comply Amazon rules in every aspect. I do not understand why Amazon did not even warn me before deactivation?
5. I did everything in this 4 days to recover my account. I sent invoice, removal order. And yet received auto emails. I kept them asking what do they need exactly, what document do they need from me so then they can reactivate. But it is like I am speaking to a macro software, repeating the same thing, sending the same email all over again.
If someone had this before could you please let me know how did you solve this issue? I am open to any advise/help. This is very frustrating. I made a mistake listed that ASIN but I recovered immediately and kept my account healthy. I believe each situation should be evaluated on its own merits.
Thank you!

Hi @Seller_PFbB42XkXfJOj,
Thanks for reaching out to us.
Can you elaborate on any previous interactions or warnings you received from Amazon regarding policy violations or account health issues prior to the deactivation?
Regards, Ezra
