Country of Origin in the product description REPOST

Im starting to suspect people are gatekeeping this info, it has been asked a few times before without any answers.

Ive recently started selling a product and amazon forced me to disclose the COO, which is from China. I don't have a problem doing that, as I believe I have a pretty well made product. However, when I check my competitors, most of them are missing this information. Instead of "Country of Origin" they have "Manufactured for". How can I change my COO to Manufactured for? I have asked amazon customer service for help but they reassured me that everyone needs to have COO on display without exceptions. Clearly they are incorrect. I suppose it is optional. Some companies have "manufactured for" while others clearly state where their product is made. I just haven't figured out how to change it for myself. Would appreciate some help. I will attach photos of similar products with different description for reference.
