Refund for product that was damaged during shipping
I have a customer that received damaged product due to the carrier. I shipped via USPS purchased through Amazon. Is there any way to have Amazon refund the customer for this? The order says "claims protected" and I looked that up but as usual the language is very confusing (or maybe I'm just dumb). I don't want to lose money because of the carrier, but if there's a away for Amazon to reimburse them I would love to do that for my customer. Any help is appreciated.

All refunds should go through Amazon....let them handle the issue.
