what a joke with FBA Customer service, called 15-20 times and their employee disconnecting the call because they work from home, no help from amazon, how many are agree here - 0 support to seller here. I took all the snapshot and recorded all the calls i made to Customer support. what a joke

Amazon only care about its own products. That's why they have cheap outsourced agents from India for seller support and other markets have online chat but in Australia only email and phone. They just copy and paste same message again and again, even on call they are useless. No clue about customer service and actual issues.
