When I was selling product split color variants, I received a Policy Violation Warning on the UK website, requesting proof that I am the brand owner???

When I was selling product split variants, I received a Policy Violation Warning on the UK website, which required me to submit proof that I am the brand owner. Firstly, the brand is registered by our company's legal representative and has been linked to the seller center.

I'm puzzled. Why is that? Because only the UK has been notified of the violation, the other 17 countries have not received any notification.

When I uploaded (brand certificate and brand screenshot in seller center), the appeal was rejected by the system.

When I uploaded the authorization letter from the company's legal representative authorizing the brand to the company, the system still rejected the appeal

What I want to complain about is that the review mechanism is always a robot, giving a few paragraphs that will never change text, and there is no accurate template to reference. did not specify where the errors in my information led to my inability to pass the review.

Is there no channel for real people to verify this event? Despite multiple attempts to contact the seller support team in China, I am unsure how to handle this matter.
