Limited access to Amazon Seller services
Hi! My account was deactivated due to inactivity 3 weeks ago. last week, my account was verified and was activated again. Everything ws good, and I even received email confirmation stating my account was verified and in good standing. 4 days ago, i look at my account, and see that my Canadian side, it states what my account has limited access to amazon seller serivces and that I have to upload documents and Amazon have to verify me again. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO POSSIBLY UPLOAD IT. I just see a red banner stating that something went wrong, try again later.
I called seller central, I have escalated this several times. They told me that my account has no restrictions and on their end they dont see anything. They told me that it is a system glitch. I have escalated this to the verification team. However, i get an email stating that they cannot do my verification as i did not submit the documents. HOWEVER, THERE IS NO WAY FOR ME TO SUBMIT ANYTHING! I HAVE BEEN VERIFIED 3 TIMES ALREADY NOW. I dont know what is going on. Can somebody help me? because, the people in the verification team are not spending two seconds looking into this issue.

How long did you wait before trying again? Many of these vague AZ system glitches disappear in less than a minute.
One possiblity: Do you allow sellercentral on amazon.ca to use pop-up windows for your browser?
