New Variant - Lost Reviews

Hi folks

I deleted a Parent ASIN and made a new on (so i could better display the ASINs) and now i appear to have lost Vine reviews?

The child ASINs have not changed, only the parent. Do Vine reviews take time to move over to the parent?

Ye, dont worry! happened to me a few times, can take up to 48 hours for your reviews to show up again.

Hi there @Seller_HmXs9Pk97Wcpt,

If the parent ASIN was already enrolled in Vine, the child ASINs cannot be enrolled independently or added later.

Vine enrollment happens at the ASIN family level, and all child ASINs need to be enrolled together during the initial setup.

If the reviews don’t come back or if you’d like to follow up, you can reach out to community-help@amazon.co.uk for further help.
