Inventory Ledger shows that the units were received at 1st warehouse, then was transferred and received by 2nd warehouse. But Amazon said no record of receipt

Hello,

I used UPS to ship a box to YOW3 in early Dec 2023. There were 22 units with 4 SKUs in this box. 16 units were later shown on my inventory list and available for selling to customs. The problem happened for the other 6 units with the same SKU. These 6 units were small-size items.

The Inventory ledger report shows that these 6 units were received by Amazon on Dec 18 at YOW3, and then transferred to YXU1 on the same day. The inventory ledger report shows that these 6 units were received at YXU1 on Dec 19. The Ending Warehouse Balances were 6 on the dates of Dec 19, 20, 21, and 22.

On Dec 23, the Starting Warehouse Balance was 6, but the inventory ledger report showed a Receipt of "-6" and the Ending warehouse balance was 0 at YXU1 on this date.

I opened caseS with Amazon to review the Inventory Ledger Report. Amazon provided confusion and contradictory information. In an online conversation, they first said that they received these 6 units, but later said no record of receipts.

Amazon requested documents and I provided them. But Amazon kept saying no record of receipts.

I asked them a yes-no question "You made a transfer on Dec 18 from YOW3 to YXU1, is it correct?" But they refused to answer.

Amazon has concluded that “Investigation Completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed” and additional appeals related to this claim will not be considered.

How could this happen? If they did not receive these 6 units, where is the data from on the Inventory ledger report from Dec 18 to 22? Why did Amazon say there is no record of receipts?

I appreciate if you could have any suggestions or sharing of your experience in resolving a similar problem.

The same thing happens to me this January 2024. I listed a product with variations and send items to the Amazon warehouse in 2 boxes total items were 50. first, they confirm that all 50 items are received. 2 variations and the quantity were listed correctly and then a few days later the rest 30 items were moved to fc processing and then disappeared from inventory. I created a case and inquired a lot but no use. My confusion is where these items went. even if there is a problem with Skus how can Amazon discard my items without letting me know? and why they confirmed at first that all the 50 units were received. I created a case and called the seller central support for help they assured me that would investigate but they gave me the report that no record was found and the case closed. It's very disappointing for me now. last month I lost 16 units the same way with no explanation.
