my book is active but is showing as unavailable to buy - any ideas?

hello all

i am new to amazong seller central. I have listed a self publsihed book i wrote for children to suport them with loss anbd an keen to start selling but when i search the product from another phone it is showing as unavailable, ebven though my account is active, i have activated VAT? can anyine help me and advise please, or is there a central number for amazon sellers uk

You say you are a new seller - is your seller account fully verified yet ? - with green ticks against everything in your seller info. When you say you have activated VAT, what do you mean ? - have you voluntarily registered for VAT ?, or do you not live in UK but intend to use FBA here in UK ?
