How active my account again after deactivtion

hey ,

my account is deactive for last year i try my best to reactive they charge every month money of 5 pound but my account is deactive is there any one whos help me out to reactive my account again .

even i cant open any Case .

please Help me out

Please create a case by clicking on "Help" > Select a service > "Selling on Amazon" > Your account has been suspended > Account Health > Reactivate your account > Get help with my appeal from Account Health Support > Select Issue.
