Amazon Cancelled Disbursement After Initiating The Disbursement
I am writing to address an issue regarding the disbursement of funds for my Amazon seller account, which has been cancelled for some unknown reasons to me.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and kindly request your assistance in resolving the payment disbursement delay.
I understand that Amazon occasionally places accounts under review to ensure compliance with policies and maintain a secure marketplace. While I fully support and respect Amazon's commitment to maintaining a trusted platform, I would like to address the delay in receiving my payment, as it is impacting my ability to manage my business operations effectively.
Payment disbursement on 22/07/2023 – 24/07/2023 and the second payment on 24/07/2023 – 26/07/2023 both got cancelled after amazon first initiated the disbursement.
But on 26/07/2023 disbursement day i started receiving my funds which were left in my account but i didn't received my previous funds that amazon cancelled, so i thought maybe on next disbursement date amazon will send it. but now four disbursement dates have passed and i have received all the funds that were remaining in my account but not those two that amazon cancelled.
did anyone else face this issue and how did you resolved it ? any guidance will be much appreciated.
i opened a few case logs but none was helping they transferred my cases somewhere with no answer till my cases got closed
please raise this issue to the responsible department so i can get paid for my work as soon as possible.
Please Help or at least guide me in the right direction
