Most recent share allotment document with a breakdown of shares
Hi, we are a Canadian company registered in Canada back in 1995. We have been selling on Amazon UK for years without any issues. Now they are requesting we provide the following document: 'Most recent share allotment document with a breakdown of shares. It must show the number of shares held by each beneficial owner and the number of shares issued for the company.'
We submitted a few documents that we already have - one stating that there is 1 owner and they were all rejected. Where would we obtain such document if we don't have it? There is only 1 owner since the beginning with 100% shares.

In the UK you can get a copy of this from companies house (It is called a confirmation statement) however im aware there is no exact equivalent in Canada. Would whichever body your company is registered with have a similar document logged with them?
