I've been going in circles with Seller Support since June for 3 listings
I have 3 listings that I've been trying to fix for months. I keep going in circles. I put a question here on the Seller Forum and the responder from Amazon dinged me for not responding to one of my cases. I have had somewhere between 5-8 cases opened for my issues. On the cases where I kept getting the same reply that went no where, I would start a new case either via email, chat, or phone. Now I'm going round and round on Case ID 15663083011. I keep being told to update my listings to remove the block, and I kept replying that other issues in the listings from Amazon's side were preventing me from saving any changes. I ended up putting "not applicable" in some of the fields that were marked mandatory for my product (but did not apply) out of desperation, just to try to get changes saved. But sadly, I missed something else that Amazon wants removed. Now I can't save any changes again.
Yesterday I sent screenshot of the problems. No one has replied yet. I sent another screenshot this morning because I was told again I need to revise my listing. It's like no one reads the case string when they reply.
Two or 2.5 weeks ago, i submitted a request to my have my product type updated on these listings, and it took more than a week to get a reply from Amazon, but my cases get closed if I don't reply in reply in 3 days and then in the seller forum, the support person pulls one closed case of the bunch - and not even the case that is *still open* to say that I didn't reply to try to put the blame back on me.
This has been a depressing and demoralizing experience. The only reason that I don't give up is because I have boxes of inventory that I need to send to Amazon but I can't send to Amazon until my listings are reinstated. It's been like this for months.

download the listings, then delete them from the platform. Fix the listings in your spreadsheet and upload after 24 hours.
