No a-z claim protection
Good morning!
Can someone please help me with case id 17537191041?
Item was sent and delivered on time, using label that is claim protected. Still, claim is counting against our odr and was debited from our account.
We appealed, twice, seems like nobody is reading. We appreciate your help.

Appeal 4 or 5 times.
Nobody is reading at first... a bot denies your claims automatically.

Could you share exactly what Amazon said when it denied your appeal or response?

all you can do is try again. I had already refunded my customer and they still processed and dinged me for a-a. Even with all the proof they said too bad. Sometime you just have to write it down as codb. Cost of doing business. It is why Amazon is asking all the sellers if we feel the amount paid is equal to the support from Amazon. Why we all say no. Most expensive site with the least support for sellers.

I just had a similar a-to-z situation. Amazon buy shipping, shipped on time. Delayed. Buyer opened a-to-z case, got refunded from me even though the case note stated amazon is covering the refund cost. It's still deducted from my account.

We have lost thousands due to the A-Z claims dept's lack of help. I don't even know if actual people see our appeals. It's awful.
