AWD Questions (Full Container Load)
We're looking to use AWD for the holiday season, but have a few questions below.
• Does the storage cost for AWD decrease as we continue to sell in that month?
• Do we use our own carrier or do they provide carrier service?
• Do we ship the full floor loaded (meaning full container no pallet) to AWD from port? Or do we have to palletize it before shipping to AWD?
• Can they unload container? If so, do they charge fees to unload a container? We need to know if AWD can receive a floor loaded container/trailer before we can decide how to ship our inventory.

To confirm, floor-loaded containers are also accepted at AWD.

I would refer to use standard operating procedure's for FBA shipments and use the correct size and weight for pallets.
I wouldn't depend on them for correct shipment from AWD to FBA they are very slow. Is it on the water already?
