Account deactivation, KYC problem, help me to re upload kyc
My selling account was flagged for a KYC review, and I quickly submitted all the required documents, ensuring they were accurate and valid. Unfortunately, I was informed that my document information could not be verified, resulting in the revocation of my selling privileges and rendering my store unusable. I’m truly at a loss as to what went wrong in the verification process. I dedicated a lot of time and resources to obtain the necessary documents from my bank, hired certified translators for accurate translations, and meticulously submitted everything to Amazon. Now, I’ve received a rejection without any explanation.
Can you please clarify why my account has been restricted? Why wasn't my phone number used to notify me of any issues prior to the account deactivation? It seems that’s what it’s for, right? Additionally, what is the status of the funds in my restricted Amazon Handmade account? There are no A-to-Z Guarantee claims or chargebacks, yet my funds have been frozen for over 90 days, and I still can’t access them. I’m seeking help to understand this frustrating situation.
