Complaint Regarding Mental Harassment and Refusal of Entry at Amazon Fulfillment Center PNQ3

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I am writing to formally express my disappointment and frustration regarding the treatment I received at the PNQ3 Fulfillment Center during my recent delivery attempt.

Appointment ID: 114365016983

Shipment ID(s): FBA15JGK35NP, FBA15JGJVQBQ

No. of shipments: 2

No. of Boxes: 4

No. of SKUs: 2

No. of Units: 25

Destination Fulfillment Center: PNQ3

Vehicle No.: MH-14 AZ 7448

Despite arriving on time, the guards at the gate did not allow my vehicle to enter the premises. I spent over two hours moving from one gate to another with no success. Eventually, I spoke with the docular, who informed me that commercial three-wheelers are not allowed and suggested that I carry the boxes from the main gate to the warehouse on foot but at the same time I can see other three wheelers enter easily from the main entrance.There is no information given prior to seller about all these rules made by guards & lower authorities of amazon & no information is written anywhere regarding these self made rules by guards at PNQ3.

This is the second time I have faced such an issue, and I must say it has been extremely frustrating. The guards seem to be in control of everything at the center, and I felt mentally harassed by the Amazon staff. I had to take a commercial vehicle with a capacity of 800 kg for just four boxes, traveling 18 km from my company (KK Agrotech), only to be denied entry.

There was no one available to properly address the situation, leaving me feeling helpless and unable to deliver the boxes to PNQ3. I had no choice but to return to my company without completing the delivery.

I am attaching pictures of my vehicle at the main gate as evidence of this unfortunate incident. This bad experience has left a lasting impact, and I will be escalating this matter to higher authorities to ensure no one else has to go through such unnecessary harassment.

I kindly request that you look into this matter and address the issue so that future deliveries can proceed smoothly.I am very sure I am not going to escape those people easily if you are not taking strict action against them.
