FBA Fee and return administration fee for undelivered item
I was charged a return for an item which amazon didn't deliver. How can they charge FBA fee and return administration fee in this case? It's FBA fulfilled and it's their responsibility and the loss happens only to seller!! The same customer had ordered another 2 items and they delivered it in the same week. So the undeliverable shipping address is a lie. I contacted the support and they didn't even read my email properly and copied and pasted the usual 45 days inventory reimbursement policy!!! Amazon policies is making it impossible to continue in the platform!!

If you used any courier or canada post, and gave them an undeliverable shipping address, you're still getting charged for shipping.

I like the one where they charge you the FBA fee for fulfillment, then they charge you for the refund initiated with the reason being "Missed fulfillment promise".
