if we are not actively using FBA, do we still need to provide COO?
Hi fellow sellers and amazon mods,
We have global stores including in UK. But we have not registered for FBA in Europe nor have ever used FBA there.
In US, we have used FBA, but we do not intend to use it now anymore.
Are we still required to provide COO, if we have no intention to use FBA for any of the stores. We only work with FBM.
thanks for input please

Hi @Seller_ZbcEBv3JYIZDb,
According to the help page about Country of Origin (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/GASP7CFPVS9UCWKR), COO information is specifically required for FBA Export programs when shipping:
- From non-EU countries into the EU
- From EU and non-EU countries into the UK
Since you're only doing FBM and not using FBA Export, you shouldn't need to provide COO information. The help page specifically states this is "a mandatory requirement for FBA listings." If you're still getting COO requests, contact Seller Support to have this requirement reviewed for your account.
Hope this helps!
Best regards, Michael
