Advice please. Advertising impressions dropped 50%, overall traffic dropped 50%, featured off dropped from 99% to 90%
As per the title really. Anyone else seen their advertising impressions and overall impressions plummet these last few days? Obviously sales have plummeted some 50% as well. Really concerned as we have never experienced this before. We have no performance notifications and our account health is perfect. Any advice appreciated?

not only that, but approx 700 of our listings have disappeared!
Some lines are still showing in FBA inventory, but not in the full inventory.
Obviously opened a case, but its been transferred and the only response we get is to fill in a survey - its ridiculous here at the moment.
No idea what is going on - but its not good for business.

I raised a case with seller support (via call), they transferred the issue to another department and told me to wait for them to contact me. That's all...

Yeah same here, featured offer dropped 10%, sales down by 50-60% and same thing regarding the advertising. I thought it was just me

i have the same issue here, check if you product has any buy box, i have no buy box. There is no account health issue or no performance notifcations.

Since Saturday 15th Feb we have lost featured offer on all our listings suddenly
have opened cases but just receive generic response, from doing £2200-£2500 sales everyday to only doing £200-£300 is bizarre with no issue with the account and 100% feedback, seems very odd what is going on.

Short update from me.
No news from Support, some campaigns started spending few pounds but their performance is bottomed. Majority of campaigns still not working. Sales still 50% down. Product rankings reduced.
Unlike other sellers I have no buy box issue and all my listings are active, mine is only advertisement campaigns issue (they are not working).

No help to you but i have exactly the same. From 11 Feb my sales have basically died. Down from around £1500 a day to £150 - £200. Not eligible for buy box or Featured offer at all, no advertising works as this only works if you are eligible for featured offer.
Literally the only way people buy from me now is if they click on 'Other sellers' and choose this (which basically no one does).
Help just give me the generic pathetic answer that i could just google myself.
