As stated on thread 12 Years of Selling Amazon : Suddenly falls in review and ends up being "Closed" after months of long review, I will close this thread in order to avoid confusion and a slower resolution of the issue.

I understand the urgency of the situation, so I escalated the issue and I hope we can provide updates as soon as possible.
