Customer Scamming through A-Z Claims
Customers are scamming through A-Z claims. Customer claimed they did not get their order. We spoke with USPS and they geotracked the order to their address. USPS provided us with a written statement stating that they delivered the package to the right address. Customer filed an A-Z claim and Amazon refunded the customer. We appealed it showing our proof and the written statement from USPS and Amazon keeps stating we stand by our decision. Now we are out of our money and the product.

If you share the Case ID I can take a look at that claim and determine if there is any additional path for investigation.
It would also help if you let me know if the order was shipped through Amazon Buy Shipping.

After I searched relevant internet forums on this topic, I found that Amazon "customers" were exchanging ideas on this topic and instructing others on how to order for free on Amazon. Some even brag about photos of the goods they were able to order for free.
I also sell my goods on Ebay, Etsy and Wallmart and have absolutely no problems with them there and it seems to be an Amazon phenomenon.
Recently it is no longer even possible to contact the customer after opening an A-Z claim to find a solution.
If A-Z claims are disputed by me, this has absolutely no chance and the same standard answer is always given.
So if you don't ship via Amazon label, you have to expect to damage your small business and forego selling on Amazon. And yes, there are situations in which sellers CANNOT ship via Amazon shipping labels.
