I am a VAT registered seller and have been selling on Amazon for about ten years, Amazon have asked for verification that my business is based in the UK, I have sent over twenty documents to prove this inclung my VAT no, VAT cert, bank statement, Royay Mail invoice, driving licence, trade invoices and everything I can find that shows my business is operated within the UK and all I get is WE NEED MORE DOCUMENTS but novbody tells me what they want. I have opened a case and had a response basically saying the same MORE DOCUMENTS and at the bottom was the tab call me now, I did that and a lady called me, I explained the problem and she said that is not my department and I am not skilled in that area and told me to email the dept that I have emailed many times, she was pleasant but couldn't help
