I need help reactivating my seller account. A month ago they asked me for a utility bill to confirm my identity and after sending it they blocked my account. I have already sent a water bill, internet bill and the last one for a landline phone and they still haven't activated it. Please help me so I know what I should do or understand what is failing. I sent customer support messages but they are not explaining it to me. Thank you!
